Albert, the first ten years (2023)

The film is an amalgamation of moments and memories laid out not necessarily in chronological order, it is a metaphor for our journey through time.

"if life were a movie"

A FEW WORDS ABOUT THE FILM

Life, like a movie, presents us with a multitude of challenges and opportunities. Indeed, both in cinema and in life, it is imperative to remember where the light comes from. Just as a movie projector illuminates the screen, guiding viewers through a narrative, so faith and purpose illuminate our paths in life. The film's message serves as a metaphor for navigating the complexities of existence.

It should be noted that the film was created from footage collected over a decade and their quality may vary depending on the camera with which they were captured. Some sequences were recorded with a mobile phone, while others were captured with a camera or other equipment available at the time (and there were not a few, but more than 20 in number).

Diversity in image quality adds an authentic and personal element to the film, reflecting the variety and change we also experience in everyday life. Thus, the film not only conveys a profound message, but also illustrates the evolution and diversity of human experiences in an authentic and captivating way.

A reflection on life's journey through the lens of a projector...

Every scene and every word is carefully chosen to share the most important lessons we've learned throughout our lives and guide our baby steps OUR into a future full of understanding, compassion and joy.

The opening scene, with its emphasis on the source of Light, serves as a metaphor for the journey of self-discovery that our children have already begun.

The analogy of time in the film emphasizes that despite the inevitable ups and downs, the bond between family members remains strong and stable, providing a beacon of light and guidance in the face of life's uncertainties.
