Inspired by a speech by the great philosophical entertainer Alan Watts, the video shows a simple way to enter a meditative state, starting with listening. Close your eyes and focus on the sounds around you without labeling or judging them. Let the sounds merge like music. As you listen, the distinction between the outer world and the inner world disappears. Just listen to the sounds, including the speaker's voice, without trying to understand them. Everything is a coincidence and you are just observers. By immersing yourself in the present moment through listening, you can reach a meditative state where the boundaries between inside and outside dissolve.

Whether we're enjoying the bright sun on the beach or admiring the spectacular views from above, our holiday film reminds us of the unforgettable moments we've had and leaves us wanting to return to that oasis of beauty and relaxation.
